COURTNEY

Originally from the Midwest and current Atlanta resident, Courtney Burton, is the co-owner of Neema & Company and has been a business consultant in various industries for 10+ years. She has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business and Master of Arts in Public Relations from Full Sail University that has helped develop her into the business professional she is today. She finds absolute happiness in helping others and observing their evolution in all areas of her life, but even more specifically on a business platform. From her organized practices and experience in project management, branding campaigns, event coordination, and employee relation strategies, Courtney has partnered with her clients over the years to educate and grow their businesses to the next level. Courtney is proud to be an African-American woman business owner who is excited and ready to educate her community, as she partners with each business that crosses her path.

RENEE

As an Atlanta native, Renee Tyner, co-owner of Neema & Company has always had a desire to give back to her community, mainly focusing on helping those to overcome life’s financial barriers. Her ultimate focus is to provide clients with the best practical tools and strategies that

they can use immediately to improve organizational and financial outcomes. Renee has over 25+ years of pragmatic experience that spans over several industries such as non-profit, transportation logistics, construction, real estate, and the fitness industries. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Stetson Business School of Mercer University. Her Master’s and Doctoral Degrees were obtained through many trials and tribulations and all that life has presented. As an African American woman-owned business owner, Renee’s life mission is to ensure that other minority business owners take more authority in their lives by building a legacy that they love and cherish.
